Interview by some Canadians, with American author Bill Lyne, whose book claimed that UFO technology was created by National Socialist Germany scientists in World War II and taken over by the government of the USA.

Seems unbelievable, but at one point, they are in the middle of nowhere and a black helicopter appears.
Apparently before this, nobody really believed Lyne when he said the government monitored his activities.

In his book, he also claimed to have briefly seen Adolph Hitler at the World's Fair in the 1960s, before Hitler was whisked away by what looked liked the secret service men.
